2.1. Salomatic provides medical information services, including:

• CHIS – automation of checkup consultations for doctors.
• PIS – platform for patients with the results of examinations and recommendations.
• KIS – system for automating clinical documentation.

2.2. Our services do not replace medical consultation. The information provided in the system is for information purposes only and is not a diagnosis or medical recommendation.

3.1. To access some features, you need to create an account.

3.2. You are responsible for the security of your account and agree not to transfer your data to third parties.

3.3. Salomatic reserves the right to block or delete your account if you violate these Terms.

4.1. We comply with the privacy policy and protect your personal data.

4.2. You agree to the processing of your data within the scope of the service.

4.3. We do not transfer your data to third parties without your consent, except as provided by law.

5.1. You agree to:

• ✔ Use the services only for legal purposes.
• ✔ Not transfer access to your account to third parties.
• ✔ Not publish false or misleading information.
• ✔ Not try to hack, change or spread malicious programs in our systems.

5.2. Violation of these rules may lead to the blocking of your account or refusal to provide services.

6.1. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the information in our systems.

6.2. Salomatic does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the service and is not responsible for possible technical failures.

6.3. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties, including medical institutions using our services.

7.1. We reserve the right to change the terms of use at any time.

7.2. We will notify users about significant changes via email or notifications in the system.

7.3. Further use of the service after making changes means your agreement with the updated terms.

8.1. You can stop using Salomatic services at any time by deleting your account.

8.2. We can suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms.
